New Sunday services to Mereoak park & ride and Green Park

Starting on Sunday 3 December, our brand new route Mereoak park & ride 650 will offer an hourly service on Sundays between Mereoak park & ride, Green Park and Central Reading between 8am and 8pm.
The route will run from the Mereoak park & ride site, and will visit Green Park via South Oak Way for Costco and Lime Square, before visiting Longwater Avenue and then fast into Central Reading along the A33 bus lanes. Buses will return from town via the same route but in reverse.
The new Sunday service is being funded by Reading Borough Council's Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) funding from the Department for Transport.
free to use in December
During the month of December, as a special introduction for the service; mereoak park & ride 650 route will be free to use for all passengers. Simply board the vehicle and take a seat!
Parking at the Mereoak site will cost £1 allowing for all-day parking, but will be free on Sundays during December, also funded by the same BSIP money.
