125 year celebration

Calling all former employees!

We are throwing a party to celebrate our 125th anniversary on Saturday 31 October and you are invited!

As part of the our 125th celebrations, we are organising a celebration reunion for the people who have worked for us over the years – with both current and former employees invited.

The event is invitation only, and invitations have already been sent out to current employees and many former employees who we still have contact details for. However, there will be many more former employees that we have lost touch with - and we want to hear from them.

The free reunion will be an evening affair and include entertainment from a prominent comedian and a live band, plus a hot buffet and charity raffle. 

We are proud of all our employees and the fact that each and every one of them has helped us to reach 125 years. We are part of the fabric of the town and that is in large part due to the people who work for us.

This celebration is a reflection of our thanks to everyone who has helped us on this journey. Whilst we have tried to reach out to as many former employees as possible, names, contact details and circumstances change over time. We would love to hear from anybody who remembers their time with Reading Buses fondly, and would like to join us at this celebration.

There is a capacity limit for the event so we advise anyone who would like to attend to contact us as soon as possible.
