More buses for flightline 703
On Sunday 27 October, we’ll be introducing more buses to Bracknell, Ascot and Hetherwood Hospital on flightline 703.
This will see most flightline 703 buses run all the way between Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, Slough, Windsor and Bracknell every 30 minutes throughout the day, doubling the service to Bracknell. Buses will continue to run virtually 24/7, including an hourly evening service to Bracknell and very early morning journeys to Heathrow.
more buses for Ascot and Heatherwood Hospital too
As part of the new timetable, an hourly daytime service is introduced along Ascot High Street following the successful introduction of commuter services earlier in the year. Buses will run approximately every hour from morning until late. The other daytime buses will continue to serve Winkfield every hour.
Also, all journeys between 6.30am and 8.30pm will stop inside Heatherwood Hospital grounds in addition to the roundabout outside; increasing the frequency to every 30 minutes for added convenience of staff and patients.
The full timetable can be downloaded here and will be on our mobile app shortly.
These latest timetable enhancements are being funded by HM Government as part of our partnership with Bracknell Forest Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council. We are also grateful to Heathrow Airport Limited for their assistance and support with this project.
brand-new buses
Along with the new timetable, we are introducing three more brand-new double deck buses onto flightline 703, completing the upgrade of the route. These new buses feature comfortable high-back seats, dedicated luggage storage, Wi-Fi and wireless charging throughout.
