a first class upgrade for jet black 1

We’re excited to announce that our jet black 1 route has gotten a first-class upgrade this week following the introduction of brand-new buses!

Following on from our upgrades to the buses on lion 4 earlier this year and on London line 702 & flightline 703 in 2023; we have introduced brand-new buses on jet black 1 designed to help make your journey with us even more comfortable.

Our new jet black fleet features seven buses which are all fitted with comfortable high-back seating, great legroom, USB & USB-C ports as well as wireless charging throughout (so you can stay charged while you travel). Our new buses also feature tables for working from and an air chill system upstairs to help you cool down on warm summer days. There's tinted windows, a skylight and a glazed staircase to allow in plenty of natural light; and for when it’s dark, mood lighting is fitted throughout the vehicle too.

These buses will be familiar to any of our customers who have travelled on our routes over the past year. 

Customers travelling on our lion 4 route, London Line 702 and Flightline 703 routes have loved the upgrades and new vehicles; we hope that our customers on jet black 1 will too. 

The new buses are in service now so keep an eye out for them!

As well as new buses for jet black 1, we are also introducing brand-new single decker buses on Newbury & District routes too!

Fitted with comfortable high-back seating and USB ports for charging your phone; these buses will be an exciting upgrade for services in and around Newbury and feature eye-catching new branding too.
