We’ve introduced a handy new feature to our website and app, Contactless Journeys!

Contactless Journeys allows you to track your recent journeys and export your travel history for any journey made using your credit or debit card. We launched it on our website to test it a few weeks ago and this is now going to be extended to our app from Tuesday 30 May. 

What is 'contactless journeys'

Using it is simple; just click the Contactless Journeys link at the top of the website or from the main menu in the app. After logging in you will see an overview of your journeys for the last year. Journey details include the time and date of the journey, the route and where you boarded as well as the fare.

do I need to create a new account?

No, your login is just your normal app login. On the website you can login through the contactless journeys link, or the normal login link. 

How do I see my journeys?

To see the transactions you have made, you will need to add your bank card to your contactless journeys account. Simply login, select contactless journeys and then follow the link to add your card. This is done through a secure third-party server. You can add as many cards as you want and then view all journeys for each card. Remember to add any card you used as you will only be able to see transactions for whichever card you are trying to view. 

will this show my app ticket or smartcard transactions?

No, this is purely for any journeys made using your contactless bank card and our ticket machines.
