Changes to white knight 20 from 22 April
Starting Tuesday 22 April, we are making some changes to the timetable of our white knight 20 service to better reflect demand for the second half of the final University semester.
timetable
On weekdays, buses will be retimed to run up to every 15 minutes during the day, running between 7.45am and 6.45pm.
On Fridays buses will continue into the late evening, running around very 20 – 30 minutes until 11.45pm.
On Saturdays, buses will run up to every 15 minutes during the day from 11.24am until 7.10pm. They will then continue running into the late evening, around every 20 – 30 minutes until 11.45pm.
Sunday service on white knight 20 will be paused until September.
If you are planning to travel to or from the University when the white knight 20 isn't running, you’ll be able to take our claret 21 route which also runs via the university in both directions from Central Reading. Buses on claret 21 run all day and all night, providing a great alternative when white knight 20 is not running.
The full timetable for the white knight 20 from 22 April can be found here.
The last day of buses on white knight 20 for the semester will be Friday 13 June, when service will be paused for the summer, returning in September for the new University year.
