We are doing all we can to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy, and one of the main things we are looking at is limiting the use of cash on our buses.
We have now swapped all buses so that they have vaults to be exact fares only. If we have to use a bus without a vault, the drivers will not be able to give change.
We are still encouraging you to pay by other means, whether using a smartcard, contactless bank card or our app.
