Below is all the information you need to know about getting your child to school for the new year. The first table below gives the route maps and times for the services that run to the main schools we go to. The second table gives you a list of services your child an use to get to other schools around the local area.

There are some changes for the new school year for some of our routes. 

Route 80 will be cancelled due to the closure of St Joseph's College. Route 81 will be rerouted to cover Caversham Park Village instead. An additional route 81 bus will be introduced at 4.44pm from the RBH South Wing running as far as Caversham Heights - intended for the students at Reading School, Abbey School and Kendrick School who are attending after school activities. Routes 82, 83 and 84 will be affected by a reduction in funding so route 83 will be withdrawn. There should be enough space on routes 82 and 84 to cope with the amount of students travelling in these areas. 

There are no changes on any other buses for schools, however, some service buses that students use to get to and from school may have changed. Please see your individual school services below to check what your buses are doing before travelling in September.

On most dedicated School routes we use regular drivers – they’re all Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checked for your peace of mind. And most of our buses have CCTV.

We have a great range of passes for individual terms or the whole year, so there’s no need for your child to carry cash.

Click the name of your school to download the map or timetable showing which buses run to the school. Where there is a normal service bus, we have selected the best journeys to get your child to and from school, but other journeys can, of course, be used as well. These have been updated with the times for September 2026.
