It’s here – your nominations for our amazing employees.

Although 2020 wasn’t exactly a ‘gem’ of a year, there are employees whose performances have been ‘gems’, particularly during the coronavirus pandemic. We couldn’t let this difficult year pass without thanking and recognising the hard work and dedication of our wonderful employees.

With 134 nominations from customers and employees, the GEM (Going the Extra Mile) 2020 awards was designed especially for the tough year and recognises our employees who have made a difference during a challenging 2020.

All the entries were not only brilliant, but shining examples of what can be achieved, and have truly exemplified the qualities we look for in our employees.
