tiger 7 returns between Riseley and Reading

Some good news for the communities of Spencer’s Wood, Swallowfield and Riseley - tiger 7, which was suspended on 17 January, is returning on 14 March!
The service was initially suspended due to long term (and still ongoing) roadworks between Hartley Wintney and Fleet, as well as the impact of a nationwide driver shortage and a general reduction in customers due to the pandemic.
However, we have been able to work with Wokingham Borough Council to provide this partial reinstatement that restores the tiger 7 to the communities of Spencer’s Wood, Swallowfield and Riseley.

The new timetable will maintain key journeys between Reading and Riseley, but with some adjustments to reflect that the tiger 7 will no longer run to Hartley Wintney or Fleet.

Customers on the tiger can take advantage of the relatively new Wokingham and Reading zone which covers journeys between Reading and Spencer’s Wood.
Tickets are available on our mobile app and include a daysaver 5 for £19.50 which gives you five day tickets bundled together with no expiry, so is great if you are returning to offices on a hybrid basis.
