Friday Street is blocked due to badly parked vehicles. Alterations on the aqua 28 & 28a

6th - 26th Nov 2026

Due to a road blockage on Friday Street, the aqua 28 & 28a are currently operating amended routes and will be unable to serve the full length of their normal journeys.

aqua 28 & 28a towards Henley-on-Thames will terminate early at the Christ Church bus stop and will unfortunately be unable to serve the 'Bell Street Stop D' stop. aqua 28 & 28a towards Central Reading will start from Henley Rail Station, missing the 'Hart Street Stop A' stop.

Boarding at Henley Rail Station:
Buses will pull into and exit via the station forecourt rather than stopping directly at the main bus stop. Passengers should wait outside opposite the rail station entrance and hail the bus as it approaches.

We are very sorry for the unexpected disruption to your journey today and appreciate your patience.
