Earley Gate - Stop suspended
The Earley Gate stops will be suspended from Tuesday, 28 July 2026 until Thursday, 30 July 2026 due to close proximity of roadworks at the stop.
Please use the following alternative stops:
• little oranges 19a (towards Central Reading): Earley Crossroads or Bridges Hall
• little oranges 19a (towards Woodley): Bridges Hall or Ramsbury Drive
• little oranges 19b (towards Lower Earley - Chalfont Way ASDA / Central Reading): Bridges Hall or Ramsbury Drive
• little oranges 19c (towards Central Reading): Ramsbury Drive or Bridges Hall
• little oranges 19c (towards Woodley): Bridges Hall or Earley Crossroads

Roadworks on London Road are causing heavy traffic delays on the orange 13, 14 & Winnersh P&R 500. There are delays of up to 30-40 minutes minutes. We apologise for the disruption to your journey. Thank you for your patience.
Liverpool Road - Stop suspended
The Liverpool Road stops will be suspended from Tuesday, 28 July 2026 until Friday, 31 July 2026 due to roadworks at the stop.
Please use the following alternative stops:
• orange 13 & 14 (towards Woodley & Central Reading): Cholmeley Road or London Road - The Drive
• Winnersh P&R 500 (towards Winnersh Triangle P&R / Central Reading): using Cholmeley Road bus stop
• London Line 701 (towards Legoland / Central Reading): using Cholmeley Road bus stop

Closure of Woodlands Avenue junction of Fairwater Drive
Woodlands Avenue will be closed between Bulmershe Sports Centre, junction of Fairwater drive to Junction of Howth Drive, from Monday 27th July until Monday 31st August 2026.
This is due to new road layouts by Wokingham council.
Customers will need to use temp stops on Pitts Lane for Church Road and stops along Howth Drive for Bulmershe Sports Centre.
During this time Little Oranges 19a,19c will need to divert in both directions:
Little Oranges 19a will divert from Beechwood Avenue via Howth Drive, Reading Road, Pitts Lane to resume normal route from Culver Lane.
Little Orange 19c ill divert from Culver Lane Via Pitts Lane, Shepherds House Hill Roundabout, Reading Road into Howth Drive to resume normal route from Beechwood Avenue

Closure of Woodlands Avenue between Fairwater Drive and Howth Drive
Woodlands Avenue will be closed between Bulmershe Sports Centre, junction of Fairwater drive to Junction of Howth Drive, from Monday 27th July until Monday 31st August 2026.
This is due to new road layouts by Wokingham council.
Customers wanting Bulmershe Sports Centre will need to use stops along Howth Drive and for Church Road will need to use temp stops along Pitts Lane.
All stops along the diversion will be Observed.
Customers using Orange 14 towards Reading will need to use stop on the opposite side of the road along Fairwater Drive and Nightingale Road the same stops as the Orange 13 Uses.
During this closure orange 13 and 14 will need to divert as follows:
Orange 13 will divert via Pitts Lane , Shepherds House Hill roundabout, Reading Road, Howth Drive then left into Woodlands Avenue becoming Crockhamwell Road, into Nightingale Road. Then right into Campbell Road left Back onto Fairwater Drive to resume normal route From Campbell Road bus stop.
Orange 14 will after serving Mulberry Close by turning right into Campbell Road, then Left onto Fairwater Drive , Nightingale Road, Crockhamwell Road becoming Woodlands Avenue, Howth Drive, Reading Road onto Shepherds House Hill Roundabout , Pitts Lane to resume normal route from Whitegates Lane Bus stops

Closure of Friar Street
The section of Friar Street between Chatham Street – Valpy Street junction will be closed from 20:00 -23:30 on Thursday 30th July 2026.
This is due to work by Reading Borough Council
During the closure of Friar Street all services will need to be diverted.

lime 2 , 2a will use Blagrave street bus stop and Minster Street MQ
Yellow 26 Will use Blagrave Street EK and Minster Street MQ
Royal Blue 33 will use Blagrave Street EO and Minster Street MQ
Sky Blue 15,15a and 16 Blagrave Street EO and Minster Street MQ
Emerald 5,6,6a Bronze 11 and GreenWave 50,50a and 600 will use Station Southwest Interchange bus stops and Normal Market Place bus stops.
Leopard 3 , Buzz 9 Little Orange 19a,19b,19c will use station road Sa and Market Place MA
Claret 21 will use EK and Market Place MA
Lion 4,4a will use Blagrave Street EO and Kings Road bus stops
Buzz 18 will use Station Southwest Interchange stops towards Rivermead and Station North towards Kenovan Drive.
Berry 23,24 will use Station North Interchange stops NA/NB
Pink 22,25 Will use Station North Interchange stops NC,ND
Aqua 28 will use station North Stops NC/ND
Little Berry 29 will use Station North NC/ND
Purple 17 towards the Three Tuns will use Blagrave Street EO
Azure 43 will use station Southwest interchange
All stops along Friar Street and Station Road will be closed during the above times.
Stops outside St Mary Butts Church will also be closed at the above time.
