Route 459 launches fully between Heathrow, Colnbrook and Iver

Great news for workers at Heathrow and holiday makers as route 459 officially launches its full route and timetable from Monday 3 February.
Buses will run between Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 and Colnbrook, Langley and Iver.
The initial trial saw an electric bus used and no fares charged! As the route is now launching in full, the buses will be 'normal' Euro VI diesel buses which have lower emissions than a modern car. There will also be full fares along the whole route. See below for details.

As part of the new arrangement, route 459 will be run by Thames Valley Buses. You can find all the route and fares information on their website here.

Buses start around 3am and run until midnight meaning buses are available whilst planes are arriving and departing the airport! The new timetable will see buses now running seven days a week.

The new fares on route 459 are below.
Single and return tickets will be available, and the whole route will be part of the simplySlough & Windsor zone. Courtney/Thames Valley and Green Line network tickets will also be accepted. For customers aged 18 & under, Boost fares are also available.
Heathrow Travelcards are valid on this service, and anyone without a Travelcard, but holding a Heathrow Staff ID Card will pay just £1.50.
