2nd - 5th May

There’s many wonderful things about May in Reading – the days are getting longer, the evenings getting warmer, and the annual Reading Beer and Cider Festival is back!

For the past 24 years, our summer has kicked off with largest beer festivals in the country hosted by Reading & Mid-Berks CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale).  The beer festival is held over four days, from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 May, in Christchurch Meadows, a short five-minute walk from the centre of town. This year is the big 25th anniversary and promises to be as brilliant as ever.  The whole weekend is bursting with activities to do including a quiz, and Friday and Saturday have live music all day.

What better way to get to the festival, than by bus? No need for a designated driver and the cost and hassle of parking! Our professional drivers can take you to and from the event safely and cheaply with our group tickets at just £6 for up to 4 people at the weekend. Check out our network map to find your route, and enjoy this cracking event!
