A great new way to get to Heathrow

A new, fast and comfortable way to reach the airport is launching on Monday 21 August, Flightline 730 and 731.

Operated by our sister company, Newbury & District, Flightline 730 & 731 will run fast along the M3 with limited stops between Basingstoke, Old Basing, Frimley, Camberley, Bagshot and Heathrow Terminal 5.

With a journey time of around 90 minutes from Basingstoke to Heathrow, and around 30 minutes from Camberley, this new service will run daily with services from around 2 am until midnight.

Between Frimley and Heathrow, services will run hourly all day and every one to two hours between Basingstoke and Frimley. Flightline 730 and 731 is the perfect option for shift workers travelling to work at Heathrow as well as passengers flying from the airport.

to help get you used to the new routes, we are introducing a special £1 each way fare for the first two weeks of operation. Travel between Basingstoke and Heathrow for just £1 each way!

local connections

You can use Flightline 730 and 731 for journeys to all stops on route as well as to Heathrow; for example from Basingstoke to Camberley with local fares available for these journeys on board. At our Basingstoke, Camberley and Bagshot stops you can also transfer to national rail services to help you explore the whole of the South West of England.

Starting out, the fleet will launch with modern double-decker buses that feature great legroom and USB charging. Shortly after launch, we will be introducing brand new coaches onto the route. These state-of-the-art coaches will also feature air conditioning, luggage storage, free wifi and an onboard toilet offering an even more comfortable experience.

Flightline 730 and 731 route offers a great range of fares including period returns, perfect for when you are flying to or from Heathrow and discounted fares for Team Heathrow colleagues.

There’s no need to book tickets in advance to travel on Flightline 730 and 731. You can purchase a range of tickets including singles and return tickets onboard from our friendly drivers as well as purchase weekly and monthly tickets in the Newbury & District app on your phone.
