Marketing Assistant

circa £20k

Night Supervisors

£567 per week

Nine out of ten of our customers are happy with our service and we want to satisfy them all. The presentation of our buses is one of the most important aspects of our service. 

We are looking for leaders to motivate and supervise our night team. You will be responsible for fleet presentation and daily cleaning standards.  This is a hands-on role and will include managing the night run-in of our fleet of 172 buses, ensuring that the vehicles are washed, fuelled and parked every evening, as well as mopping and cleaning to ensure they are ready for service the next day. 

We are looking for people who enjoy hard work, have plenty of energy, who are very reliable and work well under pressure.  The successful candidates will need to work well as part of a team and have the initiative and motivation to work independently.

The hours are 38 hours per week 17:35 to 01:11 five days out of seven on a Monday to Sunday rota basis.

Night Shunter/cleaner/fuellers

£516 per week

We are looking people to join our team of Night Shunter/Cleaners.  The job involves fuelling, de-vaulting, interior cleaning (including sweeping and mopping) and moving our fleet around the depot and parking them when they come in at the end of service.  You will need excellent driving skills as precision parking is required – a PCV licence or experience of driving large vehicles will be an advantage but training can be given.  The successful candidate will also have prior experience of valeting and/or cleaning.

Leading our operations delivery and driver management through a recently refurbished state of the art control facility, you’ll be an excellent communicator with a proven track record in operations. You’ll lead and inspire our people and take advantage of the latest technology to revolutionise operational delivery and deliver the best possible service to our customers.

An attractive salary will be offered for the right candidate and there is additional scope for a relocation package and progression route into a wider General Manager role, as part of our Senior Management team.

Training

Practical Driver Assessments

Driving Assessment (up to 2 hours) from £35.00 + VAT

  • Target "at risk" drivers
  • Reduce vehicle abuse (due to faulty driving)
  • Improve driving skills

Assessments carried out by NVQ Qualified assessors.

Drivers CPC Course

Safe and Efficient driving 7 hours. Includes:

  • Eco-friendly driving
  • Accident damage/repair costs

Course costs 1 - 5 drivers £85.00 + VAT per driver per day.
