Are you looking for a bit of extra money working flexible hours? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a penchant for working outdoors? If so, you could be part of our team of casual workers that help our Infrastructure Technician maintain our bus stop network.
A clean driving licence is essential as the job involves driving the company van out to any of the stops in our network to replace and refresh customer information. You will also need a good eye for detail to make sure that all the information is up to date and that everything at the stop is presentable and clean.
Work is available on an as required basis and will typically be concentrated around the lead up to our major service changes as well as other changes across the network, but can involve work at any point in the year.
As a casual worker the pay will be on an hourly basis according to the hours worked each fortnight. The hourly rate of pay is £8.50.
Candidates will need to be fit and active with plenty of energy; the job involves some lifting and climbing ladders, and working outside in all weathers.
A degree of flexibility in availability will be needed to fit in with the requirements of the business.
