DRIVER PERFORMANCE MANAGER
CIRCA £30K+

Reading Transport Ltd is the major provider of local bus services in and around Reading employing just over 300 driving staff.
The role of Driver Performance Manager (DPM) is at the front line of people management; leading and motivating our driving staff to achieve standards of excellence and promoting customer focus.
This is a very hands on role with responsibilty for all aspects of staff management including performance and development reviews, coaching and mentoring, welfare, discipline and absence management.

We are looking for a proactive people manager with:
• experience of maintaining and using management information systems
• the initiative to recommend and implement individual and systemic change plans
• excellent communication skills both written and verbal

You will be one of a team of two managers covering 06:00 to 18:30 hours.

Practical Driver Assessments

Driving Assessment (up to 2 hours) from £35.00 + VAT

Target "at risk" drivers
Reduce vehicle abuse (due to faulty driving)
Improve driving skills

Assessments carried out by NVQ Qualified assessors.

Drivers CPC Course

Safe and Efficient driving 7 hours. Includes:

Eco-friendly driving
Accident damage/repair costs

Course costs 1 - 5 drivers £85.00 + VAT per driver per day.
