National Express drivers wanted

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer friendly coach drivers to join our National Express driver team operating the London Victoria - Swansea Bus Station 507 services.

Already have a PCV licence? We’d love to have you on board.

Don’t already know how to drive a bus or coach? Don’t worry, we’ll train you on everything you’ll need to become a great coach driver.

You’ll be earning £13 per hour Monday to Friday and £15 per hour on weekends. Most positions are full-time. However, some great part-time shifts are available on request (for example 7pm to midnight, 8pm-1am with other options available).

There’s a variety of shifts available, driving National Express coaches along the M4, mainly between London and Swansea, with the possibility of other locations in the future. All shifts start and finish in Greenham (near Newbury) every night, so there are no overnight stays required. We’d love to hear from existing licence holders or potential trainees as we’ll provide any training needed to pass your PCV (bus/coach driving) licence, if required, and training on National Express procedures and standards.

If you love motorway driving, don’t mind driving into London and love helping customers then this job might just be for you. There’s some manual handling involved, so you need to be happy and able to help customers to load their luggage at the start and end of their journey too.

Job requirements include:

  • A valid, clean, car driving licence
