The Easter bunny has been sighted hopping around the depot, which means that it must be nearly Easter!
Over this festive period, there are two public holidays - Good Friday (19 April) and Easter Monday (22 April).
Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday are just normal days of operation for us, so buses run to their normal Saturday service on Easter Saturday and normal Sunday service on Easter Sunday!
Easter Monday 22 April
Easter Monday is the most straight forward of the two days - buses will run to their normal public holidays timetables.
Good Friday 19 April
As the name suggests, Good Friday falls on a Friday! This is different to normal public holidays that fall on a Monday as people go out on Friday nights so we need to ensure there are enough buses.
It is still a public holiday though, so if your bus normally doesn't run during public holidays, then it won't during Good Friday.
Timetables for routes that do run are an enhanced version of the Sunday timetable - including much later buses on many services.
The timetables or information for Good Friday are below. For Reading Buses timetables, just find your route and click the link to see a PDF of your Good Friday timetable. Information on Kennections, Thames Valley and Green Line are further down the page.
Our greenwave buses will be running to their normal public holiday timetables on both Good Friday and Easter Monday.
Green Line 702/703
Green Line buses will be running to their normal public holiday timetables on both Good Friday and Easter Monday.
Our Thames Valley buses will be running to their normal public holiday timetables on both Good Friday and Easter Monday.
Kennections buses do not run on public holidays so there will be no service on Good Friday or Easter Monday. Normal Saturday timetables apply on 20 April.
