Our online shop facility is in the process of going live. We are aware of several issues and are working to rectify them as soon as possible.  

Our shop is available for you to buy your simplyBus smartcard with the product of your choice loaded on it.

Once you have a simplyBus Smartcard…

You can top it up in a number of ways:

• On your bus - many of our tickets can be topped up on the bus, just ask your driver for details
• Travel Centre, Broad Street Mall, Monday - Saturday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
• At over 200 PayPoint retailers in and around Reading and Newbury, where you see this yellow PayPoint sign. Find your nearest PayPoint retailer at www.paypoint.com/locator.aspx
• Alternatively order a new card online or over the telephone by calling 0118 959 4000

Other ways to shop

There are of course other ways in which you can purchase your new simplyBus smartcard.  All you need to do, is down load (click here) the simplyBus application form, fill it out and post it to us at Reading Transport Ltd, Great Knollys Street, Reading, RG1 7HH, along with a cheque for the correct amount and we will send it back to you first class.  Alternatively you can come and see us in the Travel Centre, Broad Street Mall, Monday to Saturday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.  Or call us on 0118 959 4000 and speak to customer services that will be happy to take your order over the telephone.
